ROLE: Conveyaicng/Property Paralegal in the Housing legal team

LOCATION: South London

CONTRACT LENGTH: 3 months ongoing

RATE: £14ph

The Role:

- Handle standard Conveyancing legal matters (such as releases and interim staircasing) brought to the Housing Association and its partners
- Assist more senior members of the team with non-Contentious caseloads handled by the Contracts and Property team
- To liaise with the Association's internal client teams and resident's solicitors to provide an efficient service for the Association's customers
- Perform any duties required for the successful running of the team

The Person:

- Someone with a Law degree or equivalent legal/conveyancing knowledge
- Ideally someone with experience of working within a Conveyaicng or Commercial/Residential Property legal team although this is not essential as training will be provided
- Someone who is able to motivate themselves and is keen on learning the relevant legal requirements for the role at a fast pace

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
