Job description

This is an exciting and varied position for a tech-savvy individual.

The opportunity has arisen for Print logic to employ an energetic and enthusiastic person as front-line Technical Support.

You will be based in Prenton, Wirral.

**The duties of the role will initially include**

First line tech support.

Answering customer queries.

Some Administrative duties.

Internal software and hardware maintenance.

**Required**

You need two things
- to love tech and be great on the phone.

Full training will be given, however 1 years experience first-line support would be advantageous.

GCSE's in Maths and English (C and above /4 and above)

Hard working.

Flexible.

Positive mental attitude.

To be fully committed to the learning process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year
