This role is needed to ensure the delivery of Transformational Change at a regional and country level in a coordinated and manageable way. The scope of this role is the Southern Europe region.

**Responsibilities**:
This role will have dual accountabilities - supporting the centrally driven Phoenix Portfolio of change (covering a collection of business-led, technology-enabled changes that when combined will drive true integration across the organisation), with the primary focus of the role being to enable the Southern Europe Cluster and leadership team to deliver Phoenix, as well as other priority transformational changes across the impacted countries.

The role will ensure coordination between the Centrally driven transformation agenda, other locally driven change initiatives, as well as considering Business as Usual (BAU) commitments across the region.

This role will include
- Working with Central and local transformation teams and key stakeholders to programme manage:

- Understand the full portfolio of change (considering centrally and locally driven changes required) along with BAU commitments,
- Leverage that knowledge to collaboratively evolve the centrally held plan into something that is locally relevant for the Cluster,
- Determine an appropriate governance framework and supporting progress reporting - addressing both local and central visibility needs,
- Align on a consolidated, collaborative approach supporting Risk and Issue management, including identification, management and mitigation,
- Align on a consolidated, collaborative approach for Interdependency management (considering central and local interdependencies), including identification and management,
- Understand who will be needed across the region in terms of resourcing, supporting all activities identified in the plan that need to be conducted at a local level,
- Identify, manage and communicate locally specific benefits in line with Central transformation agenda,
- Work with Cross-Functional and Functional Workstream teams (i.e. Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Tech, Data & Analytics, Air Traffic Control) across the portfolio to ensure, streamline and simplify alignment and connectivity at all times.

Working with Central and local transformation teams and key stakeholders to manage and coordinate the changes:

- Understand who will be involved and/or impacted by the changes, evolving and validating the Stakeholder map held at a central level,
- Work with central and local teams to understand the impact of the changes across those stakeholders, evolving and validating Change Impact Assessments,
- Create a regional-specific Change Strategy and supporting Communications plan, leveraging existing Change Strategies held centrally,
- Collaborate with central and local teams to create, validate and coordinate content creation, supporting the regional Change Strategy and Communications plan,
- Monitor business stability and ongoing regional capacity to cope with the level of change being delivered.
