Supporting the Senior Bid Manager you will be responsible for creating compelling bids on time for our Private Jet, Commercial Jet and Cargo divisions. Great opportunity to utilise your bid experience in a fast paced, exciting industry.

**Job Description**:
We are a small specialist department focused on supporting new business opportunities across the company. We work globally on high-value pitches across all divisions. We help the business turn a possible win into a probable win.

You will be an essential part of this team, working with the Senior Bid Manager and the Contract Coordinator to deliver quality bid documents that are on brand and on time. Ideally, you will have some knowledge of the bids process. This is a varied role where you will supporting with overall business development, including checking portals and updating the department systems/spreadsheets.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally, you will have experience with graphic design/destop publishing and will be familiar with InDesign and other essential Adobe Suite software.
- InDesign, competent to advanced, with experience of collating large documents / reports.
- Attention to detail, spelling, layout, imagery etc.
- Confident speaking to other departments for information gathering
- Arranging internal meetings
- Monitor and track bid / proposal progress and outcomes
- Maintain departmental information library (image library, case studies, etc.)
