Adt Operator

The Johnston Quarry Group are a leading independent limestone block quarry and aggregates merchanting business with mineral sites based in the Cotswolds as well as Creeton and Ropsley Quarry in Lincolnshire and Great Tew Quarry in North Oxfordshire.

**Job description**

Due to expansion of the business, we are looking for experienced ADT operative to join our busy quarry site just outside Grantham Lincolnshire, experience is essential.

General Laboring duties:

- Dieseling up, keeping weighbridges clean, general maintenance & any ad hoc duties that maybe required.

Your duties will include:
- The safe operation of the ADT Dumper.
- Undertake daily checks and basic maintenance.
- Keeping machine clean and tidy.
- Defect Reporting
- Complying with Site rules, H&S regulations and following safe systems of work.
- Keeping the working area safe, clear, and tidy as practicably possible.

This is a permanent position and hours of work are 07:00 - 17:00 Mon-Fri, with overtime and Saturday when required.

**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Grantham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dumper: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (preferred)
