Are you an experienced Costs Draftsperson seeking a new opportunity?

My client is a highly regarded, international law firm seeking a Costs Draftsperson to join their team in Birmingham. This is an opportunity to join a top tier law firm that can offer you excellent career progression.

As a Costs Draftsman you will take on a range of responsibilities to include:

- Assessing and negotiating settlement of multi-track costs including handling of related costs proceedings
- Commercial Litigation and recoveries work
- Drafting own party and opposing third party cost budgets
- Pursuing costs recoveries including bill drafting
- Advocacy at court hearings
- At least 1 years' experience of working in Costs
- Experience of working on multi-track costs matters
- Experience of costs budgeting
- Advocacy experience would be preferable but is not essential
