Electricians Mate/improver

Due to the continued growth of Rigby Electrical Ltd, we are currently seeking an experienced time served Electrician to join our team.

We are working for various clients carrying out reactive maintenance and refurbishment works. Our head office is based in Southport, however, we cover a wide area of the North of England.

Please note, you will HAVE to be able to come to the office at least once a week.
- Install, maintain, and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights, and wiring
- Inspect, test, and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
- Perform all work in a manner that meets and follows electrical codes, blueprints, and standards
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
- Complete required documentation/certification of repairs and service information
- Ensure adequate inventory of necessary supplies and parts
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components
- Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with back office staff.
- Organised and a good time keeper.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an electrician - 2 years (preferred)
- Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
- Knowledge of PDA (preferred)

**Qualifications**:

- Fully qualified Electrician with working knowledge of 18th Edition.
- ECS Card
- NVQ Electrical Qualifications
- City & Guilds / NVQ Equivalent

Full driving licence required

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40hours per week, Overtime available.

**Salary**: £20,976.00-£45,211.00 per year
