**What you'll do**

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our agile development process.

***Responsibilities**
- Coach: Provide guidance and coaching to the development team and collaborators on agile principles and practices, promoting self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Facilitator: Facilitate agile ceremonies and meetings, ensuring effective and efficient communication, collaboration, and decision-making across the team.
- Manager: Help the team lead and prioritise the project backlog, ensuring that the tasks are clear, estimated, and well understood. promote a culture of accountability and commitment to meeting project goals and delivering high-quality products.
- Impediment Remover: Identify and address any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress, working proactively to resolve conflicts, remove barriers, promoting a productive and positive work environment.
- Servant Leader: Serve the needs of the development team, collaborators, and organisation by promoting a servant leadership approach. Act as a servant leader by empowering the team, facilitating their self-organisation, and advocating for their needs.
- Change Agent: Drive organisational change by championing the adoption and implementation of agile practices. Collaborate with stakeholders ensuring a smooth transition to an agile way of working and promote a culture of agility and flexibility.
- Teacher: Educate and train team members and stakeholders on agile practices, values, and principles. Help individuals and teams develop a deep understanding of agile concepts and empower them to take ownership of their work and processes.

**What you'll bring**
- Proven experience as a scrum master or in a similar role, preferably in a software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of agile principles, values, and practices.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide and inspire teams to achieve their goals.
- Superb communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrable ability to identify and address impediments and promote continuous improvement.
- Experience with agile project management tools and software development methodologies.
- Certification as a Scrum Master is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with other agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean) and scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is a plus.
- Proactive demeanour, ability to adapt to changing priorities, and a proven sense of accountability.
