Restaurant/hotel Supervisor

Seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to work within a 2 rosette environment and build a foundation for a future within hospitality, the restaurant and hotel industry. We are looking for someone with a real passion for delivering excellence, an individual who prides themselves on creating the best experience for guests and always thinking outside the box. With an on site kitchen garden and wider plans for the future, this is a business and team, not prepared to stand still. Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant and hotel environment are preferred. Shift patterns are flexible, but there will be a requirement to work weekends and a range of shifts including breakfast.

The venue is in the Suffolk countryside and so the ability to travel will be essential.
