**Location**: Calcot, Berkshire

**Pay Rate**: £89 - £100 per day

**Qualifications**: Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE English & Maths

**Experience**: Previous experience working with primary education

**This is a full time, fixed-term contract until the end of the academic year.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the development of primary school students. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with varying educational needs.
- Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Offering additional help to students with reading, writing, and numeracy tasks.
- Promoting a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

- Minimum Grade 4/C in GCSE English & Maths.
- Previous experience working with primary education is highly desirable.
- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
