We are currently looking for an experienced **Administrator - Marine **to join our Marine Team. The role is based from our Chichester offices where you will be the fundamental in supporting and organising the office environment.

Areas you may be located - Chichester, Oving, Tangmere, Westhampett, Rincton, Bognor Regis, Pagham, Selsey, East Wittering, Haying Island, Lagstone, Westbourne, Portsmouth, Waterlooville, Portchester, Gosport, Fareham, Hedge End, Southampton, Lee-on-Solent, Worthing, Littlehampton, Shoreham-by-Sea and other commutable locations.

**Role Responsibility**:
You as the **Administrator - Marine **will be the ‘key’ person in the office, you will be efficient and provide exemplary support to the Marine Director and the Marine Leadership team. You will be instrumental in the organisation of the office to ensure H&S standards are met and documentation is up to date, contractors are compliant, along with facilities management and security, with all of this you will also provide amazing administrative support to all within the Marine Business unit of Tarmac.

Your role will include (not exhaustive):

- Coordinate meetings, conferences and functions as required, along with Chairing the quarterly Office Safety Meeting
- Supporting marine teams in office and ships crew with general requests
- Production of Crown Estate returns for royalties due and payment - 6 monthly
- Entering all cargo tickets onto bespoke database daily and producing reports to publish on SharePoint
- Producing weekly/month end cargo reports and send to wharves and Marine Operations Manager for review
- Entering previous weeks tickets onto SAP on a weekly basis
- Maintaining record of holiday/sickness of office staff
- Collating all tickets for annual Crown Estate audit
- Reconciliation of tCard and LVPC spend - weekly
- Ordering of office/ship stationery supplies and office welfare supplies
- Month End Reports - internal and external
- Management of travel and accommodation arrangements
- Processing of TMG invoices and recharge of monthly management fee
- Credit control queries for Tarmac Marine
