Maintenance Stores Controller

Overview:
The company currently wishes to recruit highly skilled, motivated and driven person to be based on our Dungannon Primary site. Essentially, we are seeking determined and committed individuals who can impact on performance and make a positive contribution to the company's future growth. The successful applicant will be assisting the Stores Manager with day to day running of the Dungannon Maintenance stores.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**
- Recording goods issued and returned back into stock
- Process orders and forwarding order requisitions to the Stores manager for ordering
- Chasing / enquiring on order delivery dates
- Ensure that all stocks are maintained at the required levels
- Assisting with the re-map of the store moving stock and creating computerised label
- Carrying out regular stock takes within your area of responsibility, keeping all items to an absolute minimum whilst maintaining continuity of supply
- Update and maintenance of computerised stock control system
- Oversee the receiving of orders and relevant documentation and ensure orders are fulfilled
- Identify improved cost saving methods and liaising with Maintenance stores manager on sourcing of replacement parts.
- General House Keeping of the Store
- Ensuring H&S and hygiene standards in accordance with company rules and regulations are adhered too
- Any other duties as required by stores manager.

Qualifications:
**The Person Essential**
- At least 1 years’ experience in a busy stores / warehouse environment is preferable
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or equivalent
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work on their own initiative
- Competent with computerised systems
- Administration skills
- Communication skills
