Macildowie is exciting to be working with a healthcare organisation based in North Yorkshire on an opportunity for an interim HR Business Partner to join their team for an initall period of 6 months.

The role will predominately be based at home with requirement to travel to a few sites across North Yorkshire when needed. It is paying between £127 - £162 per day for 37.5 hours a week.

Key duties might include:

- Work with managers on their workforce priorities such as staff well-being (inc sickness absence), recruitment and retention, Staff Survey results, talent management (inc appraisals) and statutory & mandatory training.
- Develop pragmatic, creative, and flexible HR solutions that meet the business's needs.
- Promote an effective partnership with staff and union representatives; ensuring effective staff representation, communication and consultation, developing an environment of trust, co-operation and involvement; with the aim of resolving issues at the earliestopportunity.
- To have an overview of all ER cases being managed by the HR team
- To lead the provision of timely and effective advice, information and guidance when dealing with highly complex employee relations cases including sickness, disciplinary, performance, bullying & harassment and grievance cases
- Ensure the effective organisation of flexible working appeals,
- Support the process of formal consultation and negotiation with Trade Union representatives
- To take a lead role in the HR management of organisational change and transformational programmes, including advising managers on the implications; and planning and delivering engagement, communication and staff consultation processes
- Take a lead for TUPE transfers.
