Rikama Education Limited is dedicated to enhancing educational experiences across various school settings. We work collaboratively with schools in the London Borough of Bexley to provide comprehensive support and enrich the learning environment for students.

We are seeking qualified Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teachers to assist in lesson planning and preparation.
- Aid in classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
- Provide assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their inclusion and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualifications in education or previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Passion for education and a commitment to supporting student development.
- Flexibility to work across different school settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £11.68-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
