**Are you an experienced Events Executive, Events Assistant or Project Manager looking to break into charity fundraising? Or an experienced fundraiser or marketer with a passion for Events? Would you like to help give animals a better life?**

We are looking for a highly organised, creative, Events Fundraiser to join our team and work with us to deliver ambitious plans for growth. You must be passionate about marketing, analysis, and be results and target driven, with an eye for detail. Enjoy being part of a supportive and professional fundraising team. And you absolutely must love animals

This is a great time to join the fundraising team at Raystede. We are preparing to drive ambitious growth across our fundraising income streams over the next 5 years. Expanding our Events and Community Fundraising programme is at the forefront of these plans. You will be joining a new Team of 4, alongside an Events and Community Fundraising Manager and two Community Fundraisers.

In your role as Events Fundraiser you will work closely with the Events and Community Fundraising Manager to develop a growing portfolio of fundraising and challenge event products. Taking ownership of a portfolio of Events, you will plan, market and deliver these events to maximise net income, new contacts to database and raise awareness of Raystede’s work. Researching, evaluating, and developing the portfolio of events and marketing methods is key to making this role a success.

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Are an experienced fundraiser or events executive with excellent project and time management skills
- Have demonstratable experience of organising or delivering marketing campaigns
- Love to manage and interpret data and have strong analytical and financial skills.
- Want to make a real, tangible impact, and set up something new
- Have the passion and drive to go the extra mile, keeping excellent donor care and animal welfare at the heart of everything you do
