**Job Title: Media Sales Consultant**

**Location**: Wickford, UK

**Salary**: Basic £16,000 (£40,000) OTE per annum (uncapped commission)

We are a leading media company specialising in exclusive media titles across the UK. Our dynamic team thrives in a fast-paced environment, constantly innovating to deliver exceptional results. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Media Sales Consultant to join our team in Wickford.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets for our exclusive media titles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts to maximize revenue and ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and editorial to enhance the value proposition of our media titles.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in media or advertising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Eager to learn and continuously improve sales techniques and industry knowledge.
