Trainee Baker

**Job description**

**THE ROLE**

We are currently recruiting for a full time trainee baker to join our busy bakery team in an early to join our busy production team in an early morning role (5 days out of 7 including weekend work).

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Wrapping and packing of bread/rolls
- Weighing of ingredients
- Baking bread and rolls
- Stock Rotation
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace
- Stocking shelves and bread display
- Greeting and serving customers
- Following all food safety and hygiene guidelines

**Hours and salary**

40 hours per week with early morning starts

£10.90 per hour for 18 year old +
