Ground Worker

Job Title: Groundworker and plant operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, trenching, and excavating
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with the cleanup and restoration of job sites
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license

good rates of pay depending on experience and qualifications held

Company vehicle supplied

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gillingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
