Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caterer to join our team. As a Caterer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and catering services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for food and guest services to showcase their culinary skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Duties**:
- Prepare and present a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during all stages of food preparation and service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the catering
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary training or certification is a plus
