Regional Trainer

We are looking for a Regional Trainer to join our EMED training team. This is a full time position across the Norfolk area, based in Norwich.

As Regional Trainer, you will be responsible for working with our new starters to deliver the EMED induction, as well as ensuing existing colleagues training is annually updated. You will provide exceptional support and guidance to both the learners and the operational teams across all four business divisions.

**Your main duties will include**:

- Supporting and motivating learners to ensure progression through their induction.
- Supporting the development of learners to maximise full potential / stretch knowledge.
- Identifying additional learning needs, providing guidance & resources.
- Providing and updating course material, to ensure the training courses are in date and compliant.
- Maintaining accurate training records
- Ensuring all additional training including annual updates, are in line with the business ‘Training Prospectus 2023’.

**We are looking for**

You will already be a qualified Trainer in the Health Care sector with current clinical knowledge. You will require a passion for what you do, the desire to share your knowledge and skills with others and the drive to continue to improve the service and training that is delivered.
- Essential_
- Level 3 qualification in education and training
- FREC3 qualification
- Two years recent experience as an Ambulance Care Assistant, Emergency Care Assistant, Ambulance Technician or Paramedic
- One year experience as a First Aid/Health Care Trainer
- Willingness to assist with training within other regional areas, when needed
- Desirable_
- Level 3 CAVA qualification
- Qualified Ambulance Technician/Paramedic
- FREC4 qualification
- Registered with Qualsafe
