APL Maintenance Services has a vacancy for a Cleaner / Supervisor based within their Aberdeen office to **work on a full-time basis.**

APL Maintenance Services is an established property services and serviced apartments provider within Aberdeen.
- **The Role**:
As a cleaner/Housekeeper you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our portfolio of serviced apartments, block factoring contracts and end of stay cleans in rented properties.
- **What we are looking for**:
You will be an enthusiastic, reliable and trustworthy team player who will be expected to work as a part of a team and occasionally independently without direct supervision.
- **Qualifications/Essential Criteria**

The successful applicant must possess the following as a minimum for consideration for the position:

- **Full UK Manual Driving )**:

- Be a hard working individual able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in hotel or executive serviced apartments cleaning, preferred but not essential.
- Good team player but able to work alone and use initiative
- Good time keeping skills
