Customer Service Advisor - Shenstone, Lichfield

Office based, full time permanent position. Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5pm No weekends or evenings.

Ramora Facilities Support are looking for an enthusiastic individual for a new opportunity that has arisen within the business. Customer service experience would be desirable, however full in house training will be provided. T

The role requires:

- Handling all incoming calls in a timely manner
- Ensuring calls are distributed efficiently to the correct department.
- General enquiries and resolution
- General administration duties

As an advisor you will have:

- GCSE in Maths and English
- Great communication skills
- I.T literacy
- Ability to organise your own workload
- Ability to record data correctly
- To handle calls in a professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shenstone, Staffordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
