Housekeeping Supervisor

At **CIM | Moor Hall**, we are looking for a **House Keeping Supervisor **to join our team within our Hotel and Conference Centre.

**About the role**:
To supervise housekeeping staff and ensure work is carried out to the standards required, set out in the standard of operations manual, together with our excellence ethos. To service bedrooms for our Conference Centre and assist the Front of House Manager in training staff

**In a typical day, you might**:

- Manage the Housekeeping team, including allocating rooms to be cleaned
- To work as part of the Housekeeping team
- Clean and service bedrooms
- Clean & keep tidy general areas
- Assist with packing laundry
- To check the team’s bedrooms/bathrooms are cleaned to the required excellence standards
- Complete the staff register & ongoing training with new and existing members of the team
- Liaise with Reception and the Management team
- Attend the 9.30am operations meeting
- Responsible for weekly laundry count and completion of ALM spreadsheet
- Maintain, and order other stock cleaning materials, toiletries, dry goods
- To report maintenance issues and to check their completion within Marlow Court
- Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to
- To take responsibility for managing fire evacuations in the housekeeping area and assist other areas when required
- Fire Warden for the Marlow Court
- Responsible for bedroom linen and cleaning materials stock control, within this area.

**Skills**:

- Basic computer skills
- Basic H&S
- Excellent communication skills

**Knowledge/Experience**:

- Previous experience in hotel or similar housekeeping role is desirable but training will be given
