Call Handler

Swan Medical Group is due to merge with Liphook & Liss surgeries in Hampshire. We are seeking friendly, helpful and personable receptionists to join our expanding team and work across our GP practices in Petersfield, Liphook, and Liss in Hampshire.

If you are professional and personable and keen to provide outstanding service to our patient population then this could be the role for you.

You would be joining a friendly, supportive and established team. Your duties would include working in our telephone hub, front of house receptions desks at all our surgeries, dealing with queries from patients and other administration tasks.

Own transport is required.

Applicants need to be confident with new IT systems, comfortable learning new tasks and be a team player.

At times this can be a challenging role and so it is important that you have the ability to remain calm and professional at all times.

**Hours**:Core working hours areMonday to Friday between the hours of 08:00 - 18:45, part time shifts would be within these core hours, to be discussed at interview
