**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced ADHD Coach in addition to our existing Coaching team, to deliver one-hour coaching sessions to individuals diagnosed with ADHD. This role is designed to complement medication and other non-pharmacologic interventions by providing structured, evidence-based support aimed at enhancing daily functioning and overall well-being.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-hour coaching sessions with clients, focusing on behavioral strategies and practical tools to manage ADHD symptoms.
- Develop and implement individualized coaching plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and other evidence-based methods to support clients in developing conscious awareness of their strengths and challenges.
- Provide clients with information, tools, and resources to manage ADHD effectively and build a more balanced daily life.
- Track client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals involved in the client’s care to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in ADHD management and coaching techniques.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in ADHD coaching, life coaching, or a related field.
- Experience in ADHD coaching, counseling, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ADHD and its impact on daily life.
- Proficiency in behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help individuals with ADHD succeed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with ADHD.
- Knowledge of additional non-pharmacologic interventions for ADHD.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
