**SEN Administrator - Ealing - ASAP Start - Temp to Perm role**

A successful and popular Ealing School are seeking an organised and efficient SEN Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. The role is due to start ASAP. The successful applicant will work 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. The hourly pay for this role is £14-£17 per hour.

The school is a heavily oversubscribed, diverse, vibrant and successful school with proud traditions and an excellent reputation. Student achievement is high with our most recent provisional progress score at GCSE placing us in the top 10% of schools nationally.

Their curriculum offers a wide menu of experiences for students, delivered by highly qualified and experienced teachers. In recent years the school has been extended and developed with major building programmes. The school has a number of fully equipped computer rooms which have been upgraded this year and specialist design and technology classrooms and a newly refurbished Music suite, including five state of-the-art rehearsals rooms.

**About the role**:
The successful SEN Administrator will be required to provide consistently efficient first class administrative support to the teaching and support staff in line with the schools vision and values. They will ensure that the SENCO and SEN department have full administration support.

Duties will include:

- Maintaining all records relating to SEND
- Filing relating to SEN papers
- Prepare documentation connected to annual reviews for EHCPs
- Liaise with SLT on SEN related issues
- Update SEN data on SIMs
- Have an awareness of the new SEND Code of Practive
- To be responsible for all other duties as directed by the SENCO

Previous School Admin experience is required for this role.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
