Are you based in or around Maldon and looking for a new opportunity?
We're currently seeking a bright dynamic person to assist in our busy customer service department. Duties would include:
- Scheduling site engineers
- Processing job sheets (from site engineers & repair department)
- Invoicing customers & agents for service repairs & onsite work
- Managing equipment & parts received for repair
- Managing warranty claims with customers & suppliers
- Managing spare parts orders for customers & distributors
Essentials:
- Excellent written English & good use of grammar
- Able to work with good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Punctual, polite & presentable

**Salary**: Circa £21K depending on relevant experience and skills.
