Here at Raithwaite Sandsend we pride ourselves on our Warm Yorkshire Welcome. Our Concierge team is committed to welcome our guests and provide a friendly service throughout their stay.

**Key duties include**:

- Offering a warm, friendly Yorkshire welcome to all guest
- Supporting a smooth check in and check out service for all our guests. Opening doors and delivering luggage to rooms
- Run errands for guests as requested, ensuring no problem is too big or small
- Build solid relationships with our guests, enabling you to anticipate their needs and going above and beyond to exceed them
- Be an information centre for our guests, promoting internal facilities and helping them to understand what is going on in the local area of interest

Driver preferred as required to drive company vehicle on site, providing a shuttle service between our two hotels buildings.
