**Professional Services Consultant - Software Implementation and Configuration
Basic salary between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience + benefits
This is a home based role with occasional travel**
My client is a specialist software solutions company providing compliance and inspection software to construction, engineering and insurance organisations. They are looking for a **Professional Services Consultant** who will be responsible for providing software implementation and configuration to all new and existing clients. You'll be passed the customer once the sale and contract are complete and walk them through theprocess until their software goes live.
**The Role**:

- In this role you'll work with customers to discuss, understand and implement the software solution to their requirements according to the scope agreed during the sales process. This will go from an initial kick off call to walk them through areas of configuration,through to turning their system to live.
- You'll be understanding their needs and encouraging the best and most efficient ways of creating reports and actions.
- Working from a CSV from the client, you'll then configure the system to their requirements and then walk through it, tweaking areas as needed.
- You'll communicate with the customer throughout the process and take any complex requirements to the developers for specific support.
- Final sign off and sending the system live will then be done, followed by you carrying out any customer training that is required. This often takes place through teams but may in some cases be on site at the client's location so some travel will be neededalthough this isn't often.
- This is a home based role, location isn't important as long as you are UK based and happy to travel when needed for meetings or to customers.

**The Person**:

- We're looking for someone with experience of delivering software in a customer facing environment
- You'll have great communication skills and be able to build rapport to understand needs but also be influential in relation to discussing any amendments needed.
- Project management experience would be useful but not essential, as you'll work closely with internal teams on a project by project basis.
- We really want someone who can bring masses of enthusiasm and new ideas to the team, happy to ask for support but also able to work autonomously.
- You'll be logical and analytical with a methodical approach to problem solving
- Whilst not essential, some experience of the Telerik software would be a great advantage

**The Package**:

- A basic salary between £35,000 an £40,000 is offered depending on experience
