**Regional Finance Business Partner - West & Scotland
Hybrid role, working from home with travel across your region (Mainly Manchester)
Competitve Salary + car allowance + bonus + benefits
40 per week, Monday - Friday**

Our growing Group Finance function are looking for an experience Finance Business Partner to join them to work closely with the Regional operations team and support multiple sites across the West. This role is one of decision support: providing, analysingand interpreting management information in order to influence decision making and to deliver service improvements and efficiencies

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with West & Scotland Regional operations team, providing insight and understanding to ensure BCA meets its financial objectives
- Regularly spend time in branch, working with the operations team to understand and drive performance
- Provide insight and challenge the performance of branches, identifying trends and opportunities
- Work with the wider Regional Finance team to standardise and formalise processes and drive rigour across the national network
- To improve visibility of financial, commercial and operational performance during each financial period
- Have a desire to "get under the bonnet" and "have a view", dissect operational processes and propose KPIs to measure and drive productivity and make the right commercial decisions
- Move comfortably between detailed and helicopter views to drive considered, holistic judgements
- Communicate and illustrate ideas and metrics succinctly and effectively across the team
- Help the business through potential operational systems changes and upgrades
- Ability to interact with non-financial business partners is key i.e. Operations, People Team, Sales, Marketing etc. interpreting complicated commercial positions/situations articulately
- Regular reporting of Financial performance and KPIs and associated commentary
- Influence senior management decision making using financial insight and business knowledge
- Manage own priorities and ensure sufficient time dedicated to strategy and proactive identification of opportunities

- Qualified accountant
- Strong leadership, influencing and coaching skills
- Ability to challenge and impact at a senior level, delivering concise communications
- Proven track record in managing and sustaining effective relationships at a senior level
- Strong commercial awareness and business understanding of the drivers of success
- Able to lead or facilitate organisational change with a good working knowledge of project management
- Highly proactive, resilient and results driven
- Ability to work flexibly at pace
- Well-developed analytical skills combined with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
- Advanced Excel skills
