This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised PA / Personal Assistant to join a highly dynamic and market-leading supplier in the Architecture and Design industry.
As PA / Personal Assistant, you will work alongside the company’s Sales Director and wider sales team, providing high level administrative support to ensure that operations run smoothly, and enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Therole will include coordinating meetings, training and travel whilst also maintaining ongoing correspondence with key clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities will focus on customer relations, accurately logging information on the in-house contact management system, liaising with Architects, Designers, Manufacturers and Contractors and often acting as a first point of contact for internaland external enquiries.
**Key Respsonbilities as PA / Personal Assistant will include**:
- Arranging appointments with clients and staff alongside general diary management.
- Making travel arrangements, booking transport, and completing expense claims.
- Coordinating product training, company meetings, factory visits and staff socials.
- Updating project and customer information on the in-house CRM system.
- Compiling tracking documents and monthly board reports.
- Direct contact management with clients, contractors and overseas factories.
- Resolving enquiries in good time by either dealing with them yourself or forwarding on to the correct department and making sure that they are followed up on.
Knowledge of the Construction or Design industry would be advantageous but not essential.
Qualities required for the PA / Personal Assistant role are the ability to remain calm under pressure, be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time and work effectively without direct supervision. You should have good working knowledge of MicrosoftExcel and Word, together with good general computer skills and a willingness to learn new programs. A flexible and helpful attitude is required to deal with anything that comes up during the working day on behalf of the Sales Director and wider sales team.

The ideal applicant will be highly efficient with a positive attitude, strong administrative abilities, and excellent client liaison skills.
This is a hybrid role where you will on average spend two days per week (a little more initially while settling in) in their stunning showroom in Clerkenwell. You will fit around the Sales Director's schedule, so there is good flexibility in the role. Ideallythey are looking for someone to work five days a week, though potentially a four day week may be considered at a pro-rata'd salary.
