Our client is looking for a Junior CMMS Clerk for a contract position, located in Aberdeen.

**Role**:
The Junior CMMS Clerk ensures complete, accurate and timely entry of data with high emphasis placed on data accuracy. He/she must ensure Work Order (WO) packs generated are of high quality and consistency with strict adherence to WO management processes to maintain accurate T3 & T4. The CMMS Clerk also supports maintenance operations by performing transactions and managing documentation as specified by the Business Line.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to champion CMMS WO Process ensuring that Labour Hours, and WO details are entered properly by all technicians and that Asset Status is correct at all times.
- Support technical troubleshooting with local production team as required, reporting any system issues, bugs or deficiencies to Business Systems Manager and when necessary, via InTouch.
- Monitor compliance of accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all critical business systems transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
