Unite Students are looking for a Customer Communications Executive to join our Comms team in Bristol. This is an exciting role working on the production and delivery of communications to our resident students to ensure that they are aware of news, support, and key functional information during their stay with Unite Students. You'll be delivering a multi-channel programme of reactive and proactive customer communications, based on the student cycle and other business needs. You'll also be making recommendations to other teams of how we should be communicating to our customers, as well as being responsive to emergency needs for communications to students including out of hours response where necessary.

**What you'll be doing**
- Produce and deliver a programme of multi-channel student communications that ensures students have information relating to their occupancy during the academic year and they feel welcome, supported, and empowered while they live with Unite Students
- Working with the Customer Communications Manager, liaise with the wider communications team, Central Operations, the customer contact centre and city teams to develop an appropriate programme of communications which keeps students up to speed on the latest relevant information for their property
- Own the Customer Communications toolkit, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easy to understand, and is helpful and easy to navigate for our ops teams
- Gather and analyse metrics that relate to the effectiveness and impact of the communications for the purposes of reporting and improvement.
- Act as a brand and sustainability guardian, ensuring brand and tone of voice guidelines are used, and provide support to teams as necessary through clear communications and templates, and challenge where sustainability could be improved

**What we're looking for in you**
- Ideally experience working with young people, demonstrating understanding of student needs and wants
- Experience producing, delivering and managing communications campaigns
- Ability to communicate in a clear manner mindful of the target audience
- Evidence of working in a fast paced, high change environment and able to manage multiple demands effectively
- Outstanding writing skills with great accuracy and attention to detail and experience of online copywriting
- Experience with app communications engagement, or experience across multiple digital platforms
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Proactive, approachable, and engaging attitude
