**About the Role**:
**Base Location**: Kyle of Lochalsh Depot

**Salary**: £26,609 - £30,472 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

**Working Pattern**: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support for functions across the team.
- Playing an integral part in the delivery of customer service and engineering projects reporting.
- Scheduling works.
- Raising purchase orders, processing contractor payments and ensuring all cost transfers to the correct projects are completed accurately.
- Due to the nature of our business, flexibility with your time during adverse weather events is essential as you may be required to work different hours including evenings and weekends.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Good attention to detail.
- A strong focus on customer service, you should be flexible and adapt well to working in a fast paced office environment.
- You'll be competent using Microsoft packages and a flair for picking up new IT systems would be a bonus.
- You'll be a great team worker and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Having excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and independently is essential and holding a high regard for safety, of both yourself and your surroundings at all times is imperative.
