**The role**
As a Office Admin you will be required to undertake variety of office work but main duties will consist of:
- To assist Managing Director & Project Managers in the administration of Construction Projects and helping with general office management and administration.
- Managing and maintaining all internal processes and accreditations
- Collecting and processing timesheets
- Provide admin support to Managing Director & Project Managers as required
- Managing Client Satisfaction and photos process
- Managing and maintaining our project archive process
General administration duties which may include;
- Answering the phone and directing calls
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Typing/formatting documents
- Photocopying / Scanning
- General reception duties
- Organisation of Project Data
- Maintenance of Standard documents library

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
