Hours Full Time 08:30 17:00 Monday Friday

**An outline of your**responsibilities**as an**Infrastructure & Cyber Lead**
- Ensure the companys cloud and on-premises IT, telephony and data infrastructure remain highly available, secure, and fit for purpose.
- Act as a point of escalation for the IT service desk providing 3rd line support to ensure escalations are resolved within SLAs.
- Work with Cyber Security Managed Service Partner to undertake Incident Management activities, routine maintenance, and threat response activities.
- Provide technical input and direction to the wider IT team where required.
- Taking actions based on the information from security scans and ensuring the infrastructure and systems are patched and up-to date.
- Ensuring all the companies critical data is backed up.
- Performing regular disaster recovery tests to ensure the companies disaster recovery solution is always available.
- Assisting the IT Operations Manager and Head of IT & Data to implement the latest technologies including network infrastructure, on-premises solutions, and cloud services.

If you have experience of working with Microsoft Azure, & O365, you will have the technical knowledge to support the team, additionally experience with firewalls, VPN, MPLS, SD,WAN and WIFI secure networks will advantageous and give you the understanding required to be successful.
