**Summary**

Our Viaflo department is searching for a Packing Operator to join their team. You will be working rotating shifts between Monday-Sunday, 06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00 with an attractive salary of £25,488.47 (£24,187.33 whilst training) and a weekly shift allowance of £109.86.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Comply with EHS/GMP/GDP/company and corporate policies and external regulatory requirements. This includes raise EHS observation cards
- Operate within the Baxter documentation procedures (BaxU) and requirements meeting all safety quality and performance guidelines.
- Identify quality defects and rejects them. Escalate issues to the team leader
- Maintains optimum line performance throughout the shift ensuring all equipment is in full working order.
- Perform daily and weekly cleaning of the equipment and the area
- Be actively involved in improvement programs and adopting new ways of working
- Train others as required / identified by teamleader
- Perform the visual acuity and colour perception tests.
- Correct use of Manual Handling Equipment

**Experience required**:

- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, listening
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines
- Results orientated & driven
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Team Player
- Strong work ethic
