Job Title: First Line IT Technician
Location: Coventry
Contract Type: Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000-£25,000
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We are looking for a First Line IT Technician to join our team at a secondary school based in Coventry. This is a permanent position full time position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide first line technical support for students and staff.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and networks.
- Install and configure software and hardware on school computers and devices.
- Maintain an inventory of hardware and software.
- Ensure the security and integrity of school data.
- Work with other members of the IT team to implement new technologies and systems.
- Provide training and support to staff and students on the use of IT systems and software.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant IT qualification or experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience in providing technical support in a school or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- DBS checked or willing to undergo a DBS check.
