Posts within this banding will be using intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including diary management, form design and report and letter creation, maintaining local procedures and policies, acquired through NVQ3/RSA3 or equivalent course or experience, including inputting into spreadsheets, more complex charts, formulae and labels. Basic data analysis skills will be utilised. Audio typing skills. Posts at this level will also require maintenance of both physical and electronic records including RiO and other external systems, for which accuracy and promptness are critical as is adherence to information governance policy and procedures.

You may also print and interpret Business Information reports and send to relevant teams and departments for action and data monitoring.
