Bricklaying Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- To over see bricklaying gangs across multiple construction sites working alongside our main contractor;
- Ensuring works are completed to a sufficient standard in compliance with contractor and NHBC guidelines;
- Following construction work programs and ensuring works meet the necessary timelines as set by the principal contractor.
- Ensuring sufficient labour is in place to complete the work directive program;
- Liaising with site managers and other trades;
- Ensuring subcontractors are adhering to health and safety policies;
Experience
- experience within the new build housing industry
- a knowledge of NHBC guidelines is beneficial
- experience with traditional and timber framed properties

Qualifications:

- CSCS card - minimum Blue card
- Strong knowledge of bricklaying techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to manage projects independently and supervise a team of laborers if required
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately

**Salary**: £150.00-£250.00 per day
