We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lettings Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As a Lettings Coordinator you will be the cornerstone of our lettings team, responsible for managing all aspects of property lettings. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and our internal team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Additionally, you will occasionally assist the sales team, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lettings Management and Business Generation**
- Oversee the entire lettings process from property listing to tenancy agreements.
- Conduct property viewings and valuations.
- Handle tenancy renewals, terminations, and deposit disputes.

**- **Ensure properties meet all legal and safety requirements.
- **Client Relations**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

**- **Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to queries and concerns.
- **Marketing & Advertising**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.

**- **Utilize online platforms and social media to promote available properties.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Assist the sales team with property sales tasks when required.

**- **Support team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities.

**- **Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.

**Requirements**:

- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Proven experience in the lettings industry.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.

**- **Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to assist in sales operations.

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience in property sales.

**- **Relative Qualifications.
