We currently have an exciting opportunity as a **Head of IT** who will be responsible for managing the STI IT function in order to support delivery of both an operational and a strategic IT service, supporting the Board of Directors and beingan active member of the STI senior team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for someone with a dynamic approach to leadership with exciting opportunities ahead.

**The Head of IT role will involve**:

- Strong ERP and MES experience in manufacturing to support a business transformation project, preferably using Epicor Kinetic or Epicor 10
- Understanding of process flows, ERP development and integration following a structured implementation methodology, specify technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of BI Tools, BAQ’s, SQL analysis and SRSS
- Good understanding of Infrastructure, Networks, Desktop Support, and the Software Development Lifecycle
- Solid understanding of ISO27001 principles and managing an ISMS
- Developing IT and ISMS system documentation including standard procedures, system maps and security protocols
- Strong Cyber and Information Security Practices is essential

This role is **Hybrid Remote** and is based at our site in **Hook, Hampshire**
