We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our F&B departments here at the Ben Nevis Hotel.

Be a key team player and be confident that they can motivate, train and develop current team members.

Must have a forward thinking attitude, and knowledge of guest resolution.

Your duties will include:

- Being passionate about delivering an incredible service every service.
- Setting and maintaining standards for events and functions.
- Stocktaking and ordering
- The service and maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain health and safety standards throughout the department.
- Team training
- Work alongside the head chef and hotel managers to ensure your team have up to date knowledge of menus.
- Be an enthusiastic host greeting guests and helping provide resolutions to any guest queries.

A starting wage of £11.00 per hour to be reviewed periodically.
