Bar Manager needed for an increasingly busy, 30-cover country pub in rural Essex, with a nose-to-tail British menu.

Knoweldge of cellar upkeep, cask ale and full bar management essential. Personality and a readiness to become part of dedicated team that delivers top notch service to regular customers and destination seekers alike.

Hygiene, personality and work ethic are highly prized, and the ability to drive is also valued.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
