Content Creator

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Coggeshall office for someone with creative flair and excellent copywriting skills

We are searching for a Social Content Creator who is innovative, self-motivated, and dynamic. Someone who is bursting with concepts and passion for social creative and able to create original, unique, attention-grabbing, story-telling material and has a thorough grasp of all social platforms.

You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the content production process, from coming up with ideas to producing, editing, and releasing regular content for various brands.

**Responsibilities (but are not limited to)**:

- Create and promote compelling narratives about our brand, business, processes, products and vision aligned to the annual marketing content calendar and within brand guidelines through photography & videography
- Increase brand and product recognition & awareness through consumer and media-facing efforts that explain our products, core-values and mission
- Create strategies for messaging that highlight and amplify our innovation and vision
- Ensuring all content is relevant and optimised for specific channels to maximise engagement
- Reporting on social performance

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Have excellent working knowledge of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and how to utilise features and functions
- Experience creating engaging content across a range of social channels
- Excellent eye for content, creative and aesthetics
- Ability to balance priorities to meet tight deadlines and complete projects
- Possessing advanced technical skills and remaining current with technology advancements
- A passion for digital innovation and content storytelling
- Confidence to "go live" on various platforms

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
