We are looking for 1 part time and 1 full time book keeper/accounts clerk to

This is a shared role and the successful part time applicant must be available to
work extra hours to cover holidays and absences as and when required.
We are a small friendly team and are looking for someone who has a good
overall knowledge of accounts. You will also be required to take calls and orders
and help with the general running of the office.

Good IT knowledge is essential along with experience using Sage 50 Accounts.
Main Duties:

- Sales and purchase ledgers
- Bank reconciliations
- Banking payments and receipts
- Month and year end procedures
- VAT returns

Also:

- Telephone enquiries
- Customer & Supplier enquiries
- General office duties
