**About the Role**:
As MMCG is on a growth path to expand its portfolio of care homes, we are now recruiting for a People Advisor for a 6 month fixed term contract to join our HR team.

The People Advisor will work collaboratively with our operational and support colleagues to provide advice and guidance to care home management and teams and ensure a positive work environment and culture.

This role is offered on a part time basis for 20 hours per week.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Work with the Talent team to support the recruitment and onboarding processes of new staff within the home(s).
- Monitor people related metrics and ensure Managers can build an engaged team that is motivated to follow all Company pillars and values.
- Promote effective performance management and drive a positive cultural change.
- Support the delivery of learning and development activities, both individually and with groups, including induction plans

**Knowledge and experience**:

- Relevant experience within an HR Generalist position.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting with ER issues in line with relevant legislation.
- Demonstrable ability to advise on culture change.
- Experience of delivering training.
- An understanding of work within regulated environments.
