Amin Haque Solicitors is a busy and growing practice based in Oldham specialising in Personal Injury, Immigration, Family, Housing Disrepair, Landlord and Tenant and General Litigation (Debt Recovery, Data Breach, Professional Negligence). We’re an ambitious firm with a vision to expand. As part of our growth plans, we are a looking for talented and experienced Solicitors / Litigators to join our growing team.

Amin Haque Solicitors have an opening for a RTA Personal Injury Fee Earner / Solicitor / Litigation Executive to join our RTA Litigation Team.

We’re looking for a self-driven, professional and ambitious fee earner with litigation experience.

**Key Tasks**
- Handle a full caseload of RTA litigated matters and pre-litigated matters with the view of issuing.
- Have experience of handling Fast Track cases
- Comply with tight court deadlines
- Be able to work independently
- Need to demonstrate that they can cope well under pressure
- Be able to build strong relationships with clients
- Meet realistic Quarterly and Monthly targets

**Essential Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Experience with Fast-Track cases.
- Must have extensive Personal Injury/ litigation experience.
- Experience of meeting Court Direction Deadlines.
- Experience attending telephone CMC's.
- Ideally have current experience of handling a large caseload of RTA matters
- Have previous experience of using a Case Management System
- Be able to work off a task list
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and to meet tight deadlines
- Undertake Court Telephone Hearings to ensure progress is maximised and all actions have been undertaken to bring the case to settlement.
- Dealing with correspondence and telephone calls
- Undertaking periodic reviews of files in line with Client requirements
- Updating reports
- Meeting agreed performance targets
- Have an understanding of case law Pre-action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules
- Have an understanding of credit hire case law.
- Proficient IT skills

- Competitive salary in the sum of £25,000-£32,000 per year depending on experience.
