Zeus is a leading Packaging distributor providing solutions to a wide range of customers, including industrial, food service, pharmaceutical, healthcare, grocery, retail, Ecommerce and manufacturing. We are looking for an enthusiastic **Packaging Consultant **covering the North West,to engage at all levels within target organisations with a view to generating profitable revenues for Zeus. Our purpose here at Zeus is to provide innovative sustainable quality packaging solutions that represents the brand and tailored for the modern consumer lifestyle needs.

**The role will require the post holder to undertake and achieve the following objectives and responsibilities**:

- Take ownership for evolving our overall commercial and technical proposition
- Fully understand the needs of the customer to help their competitive USP
- Adapt our proposition to provide a competitive edge and service for our customers business
- Working in alignment with the company sales strategy, being dedicated to developing and implementing an effective sales strategy
- Provide outstanding levels of customer service and be an integral part of the customers team
- Produce and maintain the customers product portfolio and product offerings a utilising the resources from across the business

- Developing close working relationship with colleagues and clients
- Developing, delivering and enacting an annual business plan on growing your business area
- Managing our stock ratio of 70% standard to 30% bespoke products
- Providing high quality, professional and consistent service to our business and customer
- Identifying strategic product or service innovation opportunities

**General Skills**
- Experience within packaging industry and understanding of process and pack inefficiencies and how to unlock value.
- Target driven individual with a desire to succeed
- Understanding of Six Sigma / Lean and Continuous Improvement an advantage
- Passion for providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Enjoys dealing with people and creating relationships
