Governance and Engagement Officer

Key Objectives To manage the process for clinical and non-clinical lead participation and accountability in Integrated Care System workstreams, including identifying representatives, creating meeting rotas, ensuring attendance and feedback, and managing invoicing processes To support all activities relating to the governance of the GPCB and how it relates to One Care, practices, and the Integrated Care System To implement the feedback and communication processes between general practice, the GP Collaborative Board and the BNSSG health and care system (golden thread) To manage the GPCB inbox To shape and set up governance and engagement processes, inform best practice, escalate issues and monitor evaluation To ensure robust administration of GPCB meetings, including diary management, preparation of agendas and minutes To ensure robust administration of GPCB programme committees, including diary management, agendas and minutes To produce resources to support communication with GPCB members, general practice and system partners
